By booking a session with Noora Studio, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following policies and terms.

Noora Studio reserves the right to update these policies at any time. The policies in effect at the time of booking will apply to the client’s session.

A non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve your session date and time. No session date will be held without receipt of the retainer fee.The retainer fee secures the photographer’s time and is applied toward the total session balance.

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the photography session.

Online payments are due no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Cash payments must be made before the start of the session.

The photography session will not begin until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

The retainer fee is non-refundable.

With at least 48 hours’ notice, the retainer may be transferred to a future session within one (1) year of the original session date.

Failure to provide the required notice may result in forfeiture of the retainer fee.

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, including heavy rain, storms, or extreme temperatures. Rescheduling due to weather will be accommodated at no additional charge.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.

Clients arriving late will have their session shortened accordingly to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. The session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

In the event that Noora Studio is unable to perform the services due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, clients may choose one of the following options:

Reschedule the session at no additional charge, or

Receive a full refund of all payments made.

Clients will receive an online proofing gallery and may select the number of images included in their purchased package for professional editing.

Additional edited images and extended retouching services are available for an additional fee.

Noora Studio does not provide RAW files or unedited images under any circumstances. Final edited images reflect the artistic style and professional standards of Noora Studio.

Edited images will be delivered through an online gallery within approximately 5–7 business days following the client’s image selection.

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, and clients will be notified of any delays.

All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Noora Studio.

Clients are granted a personal-use print release, allowing them to:

Print their edited images for personal use,

Share images with family and friends, and

Post images on personal social media accounts.

Images may not be sold, altered, entered into contests, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Noora Studio.

When sharing images online, crediting Noora Studio as the photographer is greatly appreciated.

Clients may print their images through any professional printing service of their choice. However, Noora Studio recommends ordering prints directly through our studio to ensure the highest quality and accurate color reproduction.

By booking a session with Noora Studio, clients grant permission for Noora Studio to use photographs from the session for portfolio display, studio samples, website content, social media, marketing materials, and other promotional purposes.

Noora Studio understands that certain clients may have privacy concerns due to personal or professional circumstances. Requests for limited use of images will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be communicated to Noora Studio prior to the session. While Noora Studio reserves the right to maintain this policy as part of its standard business practices, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate privacy requests whenever possible.

Noora Studio strives to capture beautiful and meaningful moments during every session. However, due to factors beyond our control—including children’s moods, cooperation levels, weather conditions, and venue restrictions—we cannot guarantee specific poses, expressions, or requested images.

Travel within the local service area is included. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area and will be discussed prior to booking.

Noora Studio reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if unsafe conditions arise or if any individual present behaves in a threatening, abusive, or inappropriate manner toward the photographer or staff.
